All shafts are covered under a 90-day limited warranty. A full break or significant crack in the shaft which renders the shaft unplayable is covered under this warranty. Chips, dents, or warping are not covered under this warranty.
There is a limit of one replacement shaft given during the 90-day time period.
Only shafts purchased from this website, qualify for the 90-day limited warranty. All shafts purchased from a third party vendor should be returned to that vendor and they will contact Hickory Lacrosse for a replacement. Care instructions are provided on the invoice included with each order. Please contact us if you wish to receive another copy of the care instructions. Hickory Lacrosse obtains the rights to discontinue the 90 day warranty program at any time, but shafts already sold will not have their warranties nullified or voided.
Branded messages and shield pro are not warrantied under our policy, as these features have no influence on the integrity of the wood itself. A branded shaft will be replaced with a non-branded shaft of the same type. A shield pro shaft will be replaced with a non-shield pro shaft of the same type.
To receive a new shaft, you must write an email to mail@hickorylax.com with your name, email address, order number (located on your invoice), and one photo of the broken shaft with the branded hickorylax.com logo clearly visible. We will then promptly ship out another shaft.
